  11.        The basic registration fee is $10.00 for which you will receive
  12.        the latest updated registered version of the kit.  For a $15.00
  13.        fee you will receive the latest updated registered  version  of
  14.        the kit plus next update (add  $3.00 USA,  $5.00 Canada,  $7.00
  15.        overseas for postage and handling).

  41.        To print an order form, make sure that your printer is on and at
  42.        the DOS prompt type "ORDER" (without the quotes), and press
  43.        return.  The program will ask for your name and address and will
  44.        print an order form. or go to the Kits Available chapter and
  45.        print the form by pressing <F10> key and selecting print.

  49.        On a piece of paper write your name, address, telephone number,
  50.        size of disk 5.25 or 3.50 and the name of the vendor where you
  51.        obtained the copy of the kit.  Send it along with your check or
  52.        money order to the address above. If at all possible, please send
  53.        money order instead of personal check because I am disabled and
  54.        money orders would make it easier for me..BUT, personal checks
  55.        will be accepted, kit will be shipped as soon as check clears!
